The perfect Christmas cocktail

Christmas is fast approaching and we have a delicious recipe to help you get into the Christmas ‘spirit’!

Our ‘Berry Merry Christmas’ Cocktail and Mocktail recipes are the perfect addition to your Christmas day event, and are certain to keep your party cool and refreshed in the Australian heat.

Here’s the recipe:

'Berry' merry Christmas cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups of raspberry vodka
  • 3/4 cups Grand Marnier
  • 6 punnets of fresh berries (raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries)
  • 3 lemons, juiced
  • 1.5 cups simple sugar syrup
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine
  • Ice


Cocktail method:

  1. Combine all ingredients except the mixed berries and the sparkling wine in a large pitcher jug
  2. Strain the mixture with a sieve into a punch bowl with ice
  3. Add the mixed berries and stir well
  4. Top up the punch with ¾ of the sparkling wine bottle and serve with a wedge of lime



'Berry' merry Christmas mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 litres of raspberry and cranberry juice
  • 6 punnets of fresh berries (raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries)
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 bottle of lemonade
  • Ice

Mocktail method:

  1. Combine all ingredients except the mixed berries and the lemonade in a punch bowl with ice
  2. Add the mixed berries and stir well
  3. Top up the punch with the bottle of lemonade and serve with a wedge of lime
